Prescription period for dividend rights for

receive dividends will expire due to the ending of the prescription period
after a full 3 years has elapsed from the commencement date of payment
pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 34 of the Articles of Incorporation of MID

dividends of MID REIT for the 5th Fiscal Period (July 1, 2008 to December 31,
2008), the right to receive dividends will expire on March 15, 2012, the end
of the prescription period, which is a full 3 years from the commencement
date of payment on March 16, 2008. |

Furthermore, as
for dividends for the 6th Fiscal Period (January 1, 2009 to June 30, 2009)
onwards, please note that the right to receive dividends will likewise expire
